南京华瑞微集成电路有限公司（以下简称华瑞微）成立于2018年5月，公司地址位于南京市浦口高新区科创广场，是一家集功率器件产品研发、生产、销售和服务于一体的高新技术企业。华瑞微已经研发成功且量产的产品包括高压VDMOS、低压Trench MOS、超结MOS和SGT MOS，同时正在开展第三代半导体（SiC、GaN）功率器件的研发工作。2019年2月，公司与全国重点大学——西安交通大学通力合作，建立研究生校企合作培训基地，为在校硕士生提供良好的实践平台，切实承担企业社会责任。2019年12月，华瑞微就成功荣获国家级高新技术企业称号（证书编号：GR201932005836）。同年还获得“2019年度省级专精特新小巨人企业”、“江苏省民营科技企业”和“江苏省科技型中小企业”等荣誉称号。2021年6月被认定为“南京市工程技术研究中心”，同年7月获批“国家专精特新小巨人企业”。
