旺诠科技（昆山）有限公司于2001年4月于昆山成立后段Taping工场，并同时于黄浦江中路进行建厂事宜，2002年12月份新厂落成，并开始全制造投产。 旺诠生产产品为SMT贴片电阻器，包括芯片电阻、排列电阻、网络电阻，目前月产能为90亿PCS，主要应用于桌上型笔记本计算机，计算机周边产品网络通讯手机等，为了适应电子产品小型化的趋势及高精度的要求，所以本公司积极开发更小型、精度更高的产品。 本公司积极完成符合国际标准的认证，先后已完成ISO9000、ISO14000等认证，旺诠身为地球村的一员，也要善尽环保的责任，故于2004年完成电镀端电极无铅化外，于2005年7月份量产符合RoHS之产品。 旺诠秉持董事长的经营理念，对外保持诚信是坚持的原则，回馈是不变的理念，超越是永远的目标，对内保持人才是进步的动力，研发是发展的磐石，不断的努力进步。 公司总投资金额1亿美元，占地面积：11.9万平方米，现在有员工2800多人，未来2-3年将实现华东地区贴片电阻占有率第一的企业愿景。
